THE CONTEXT

Problem / goal

Fault reports across a multi-region vending operation required clearer ownership, routing and visibility between field staff, regional coordinators and technicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What I did

  • Mapped the reporting-to-resolution process and defined user roles and permissions.
  • Built flows for equipment fault reporting, triage, assignment, technician progress and resolution notes.
  • Included fault categories, device lookup, regional/cluster views and operational notifications.
  • Adapted the workflow to the realities of field operations instead of a generic helpdesk model.
